Chop the chilli finely |
| 50 g onion 2 cloves garlic |
Chop the onion and garlic |
| 400 g potatoes |
Peel the potatoes cut the potatoes into 1cm cubes |
| 3 tbsp oil 1 tsp cumin |
heat the oil in a pan Fry the cumin for a few seconds Turn the heat down Add the onions, garlic, chilli and potatoes Fry for 3 minutes |
| 1/2 tsp turmeric 1 tsp salt |
Add the turmeric and salt Fry gently for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally |
| 75 g peas |
Add the peas cook for a further 10 min |
